Bonnie Sue (Soles) Hinson

Bonnie Sue Soles Hinson, 78, of Chadbourn, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, while in the Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.

Bonnie was born in Columbus County, on November 10, 1947, daughter of the late Dock Franklin Soles and Gertrude Nobles Soles. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Bobby Soles, Robert Soles, and Larry Soles.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Worthington Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Donaldson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home. 

The surviving family includes her husband, Joseph “Joe” Hinson of the home; two daughters, Lennie Sue Hinson of Chadbourn, Cindy Jo Cook (Bobby) of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Joshua Nobles, Mason Nobles, Jodi Hester, Emily Hester Jacob Cook, Kelsey Cook; great-grandchildren, Trevor Ezzell, Harley Nobles, Rylee Grooms; siblings, Rachel Morin of Chadbourn, Betty Hinson of Mollie.
